Kingdom Transition

Aaron Evans

Transition, Transition, Transition. What does it mean? What is its purpose? Are you in one now?

Several years ago when the Lakeland Outpouring was in full tilt, I asked Jill-Marie if she had any quickening in her spirit about whether we should fly down to attend and she said “not really”.  At the time, most of our friends in ministry had either gone or were going and I sure did not want to miss out on anything that the Lord would be doing! We prayed and decided to sleep on the decision, but during the night I received that the answer was “No” and then I heard from the ‘still small voice’ that  we were to ‘bless everything that the Lord was doing there, but we were not called to what was currently on the scene, but to what was coming’. Then I heard the phrase “The Restoration of All Things”. Now I know that this is recorded in Acts 3:21, but we did not have living understanding of its implications for us and how that would look. Ever been there? Surely you have. As we seek and inquire, eventual insight with instruction comes not in its fullness, but ‘here a little, there a little’.

Growing up spiritually is always the goal of the Father. One of the marks of a mature Believer is that we have the ability to be led by the Spirit of God (Romans 8:14). Another way we can say it is that we learn to perceive the Father’s operation in our own lives and in those with whom we come in contact.

The Greek word for a mature son is “huios” which means someone who shares the same nature as their father. The mature recognize that the Father is bringing us into the “Fullness of Time”, but aligning us to His perspective and Heavenly agenda for the establishing of His Kingdom. We are told to “seek first the Kingdom of God” in order for us to be partakers of this Kingdom that cannot be shaken (Heb 12:28). One of the primary things happening in this transitional season is the promise of a shaking occurring in every area of life (Haggai 2:6-9, Luke 21:26, Hebrews 12:26-27).  Please take note that the shaking is a promise not a problem!

Understanding the times and what we must do is essential for us so that we can help others navigate this transitional season properly and come out on the other side. Our (EDC) being called to “The Restoration of all Things”, gave us a perspective that we are to carry and equip and empower those with whom we connect whose passion is first—advancing the Kingdom and, secondly—to finish their life assignment as Jesus did (John 4:34, John 5:36, John 17:4) and Paul (2Timothy 4:7).

As stated in Matthew 24:14 it is the influence of the gospel of the Kingdom reaching every sphere that mandate us to carry out our mandate. We love and partner with those who are called to awaken and contend for revival, but our purpose is to help establish the government of God. It is two-fold in application, directed at a specific generation of those forty-years-old and older and runs on two tracks – the marketplace, those leaders who have not found their place in the Kingdom and spiritual leadership in the church—equipping ministries. Marketplace Believers are those who are called to transform their measure of rule in society by the power and glory of God (Isaiah 60:1—5). Spiritual leaders are equipped to equip those who are growing up to be like Him in as described in Ephesians 4:13 —(1) unity of the faith; (2) knowledge of the Son of God; (3) unto a perfect man (mature man); (4) the fullness of Christ.

Emerging Daniel Company’s measure of rule is regional, so when we are invited and received, we release transferrable concepts that when applied can bring sustainable results. Our Wisdom of the Master Builder and Kingdom Transition empowering sessions bring together spiritual and pragmatic insights that affect a culture which can become a breakthrough community for the region.

On the 21st and 22nd of June, we will be hosting a Kingdom Transition gathering in the Southeast region on the Southside of Atlanta for marketplace and spiritual leadership to help those individuals realize their own AAA action plan (alignment, assignment and alliance) for Kingdom advancement in their sphere of influence. During these inter-active sessions, we will be connecting the dots and getting into the flow and rhythm of life that will enlighten and strengthen those who attend for the purpose of which they were created (Ephesians 2:10).

Remember as God is ‘super – natural’ finding the balance of both in our lives is the essence of Kingdom life as we emulate the essence of God—powerful and practical.

Come join us at one of these insightful gatherings to learn how transition goes beyond change; it is a process in which we must participate fully in order to see true and lasting transformation—making old things new! Restoration!
